We accept returns or products exchange for faulty/defective items purchased at full price on our website within 30 days of your purchase. Please notify by writing to us at hello@snapkis.com.

If an item was wrongly sent to you, we will do an exchange for the correct item at our cost.

Defective items listed at full price that are than purchased with a discount code at checkout may also be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date, unless they are sale items.

All sale items are final sale, including those purchased at an additional discount using a discount code at checkout. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on sale merchandise.

All returned items must be sent back unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. If an item is sent back worn, washed or otherwise damaged, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange the return.

We will process your exchange or refund within 14 business days after we receive the item. We will notify you by email when the exchange or refund is processed.
